As FSSAI has already discussed and notified KOB wise documents are uploaded on the homepage of FLRS/FOSCOS that shall be followed uniformly. Since the requirement of uploading a signed copy of form A and form B by applicants has been done, all the applicants are now required to upload the documents mandatorily self-attested by the authorised signatory/proprietor.
Also, FBO’s are requested to ask Food safety officer from not insisting on submission of any additional documents other than the list issued by FSSAI.
FBO’s are also requested to share their comments regarding the requirement of NOC from CGWA as it is not uniform precondition across the country.
